After the 10th anniversary edition and the iconic picture of John Lennon and Yoko Ono in 2022, War on Screen is returning to a picture from a film. Released in 2012, Beasts of the Southern Wild is Benh Zeitlin's directorial debut. Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival, Caméra d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival, nominated for four Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actress for 9-year-old Quvenzhané Wallis.

She is the one gracing the 11th festival poster.

Adapted from a play, the film addresses climate change and the daily struggles of this little girl to survive.

"Make films - Not war"
This slogan, which is still as relevant as ever, is featured on both sides of the picture in clearly identifiable colours, as if to echo the conflict that has been going on for over a year now.

This visual identity is in line with that of previous editions, again produced by KIBLIND Agency.
