Laure Calamy

Laure Calamy studied at the National Superior Conservatory of the Dramatic Arts in Paris, under Catherine Hiegel and Olivier Py. There she met Vincent Macaigne, with whom she collaborated on several occasions in theatre as well as on screen. She was awarded a Molière for her role in Le Jeu de l’amour et du hasard, directed by Catherine Hiegel. Concurrent with her work in theatre (in particular alongside Olivier Py and Pauline Bureau), she has worked in cinema with directors including Guillaume Brac (Un monde sans femme for which she received a number of awards), Justine Triet (Victoria, Sybil), Léa Mysius (Ava), Guillaume Senez (Nos Batailles), Dominik Moll (Seules les bêtes) and Alain Guiraudie (Rester Vertical, Official Selection at the Cannes Film Festival). She is also famous for her role in the serie Dix pour cent.
