Francis Kuntz

Born in Nancy on 17th May 1956, Kafka (a pseudonym from his time playing drums in a local group) became an author of comedy sketches at Radio France Nancy alongside Lefred Thouron (Canard Enchaîné). In Paris, he worked with Futuropolis and L’écho des Savanes/Albin Michel as comic strip author, publishing three comic books. He also wrote for 7 à Paris, La Grosse Bertha, Hara-Kiri… In 1995 he joined the team of Groland as author and comedian, where he continues to work to this day. In 2010 he wrote, co-directed and played the main role of feature film Henry, alongside Pascal Rémy. He is cur rently working on his second film, co-written and co-directed with Virginie Lovisone.
