For its 10th edition, War on Screen is adorned with a collection of original stickers that are a nod to its anniversary while materializing a symbol of demands, particularly for peace.
The concept also echoes the outbreak of the new conflict in Ukraine, and the international rallying around messages of peace. It is in this particular context, which gives a very current meaning to the festival's mission ("Make Films, Not War"), that the picture of John Lennon and Yoko Ono was chosen as the pivotal image of the 2022 edition.
This iconic photo dates from 1969, taken during the couple's love-in press conference given in Amsterdam: a famous image of peace in a gallery of armed conflicts around the world.
For the fourth consecutive year, the International Film Festival of Châlons-en-Champagne - War on Screen has chosen to entrust the design of its visual to KIBLIND Agence.
