Clément Pinteaux



Clément Pinteaux is a French filmmaker. His films blend fiction, documentary and mythological narratives. His student film Young Girls Vanish (2018) was selected for the Berlinale, whilst Va t’en tristesse (2019) won the Best Actress Award at Côté Court. Clément is also an editor. He has notably collaborated with Annie Ernaux on The Super 8 Years (2022) and with Payal Kapadia on All We Imagine as Light (2024), which won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival. More recently, Clément edited Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet’s film A Woman’s Life, which was in competition at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.
