Aliona Zagurovka studied languages in Ukraine. On her arrival in France, she entered ESAV, and then Fémis in 2014. There, she directed La Maison, a documentary that won awards at Entrevues in 2016 and Trace (FID Campus 2017). Ma belle jeunesse is her graduation film.
