With Aaron Arefe, Abeye Tedla, Takelech Beyene
At the beginning of the 1970s, Anberber left Minzero, his village in Ethiopia, to study medicine in East Germany. He has changed considerably when, in 1990, he returns to his country, undergoing the ultimate convulsions of Colonel Mengistu’s bloody dictatorship. In TEZA “the dew”, the story of contemporary Ethiopia is told through Anberber’s extraordinary destiny, his dreams and disappointments, his dramas and hopes.
